Triumph Business Communications is pleased to announce a representation agreement with Operation Shifting Gears

TAMPA, FL—Triumph Business Communications and Operation Shifting Gears will partner to support OSG’s mission of helping veterans with all-encompassing support. OSG takes a holistic approach to veterans’ transition from military to civilian life including a successful career that utilizes the veteran’s skills, improves family life, provides links to local and national resources and finding effective alternatives to addictive narcotics. OSG challenges service members to recover better, faster and healthier through demanding –but possible- physical activity such as cycling, swimming, kayaking, mountain climbing, and other sports.

OSG is led by Justin Minyard, a highly decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Army. He created OSG to share his experience and expertise in transitioning to civilian life with other veterans. While assigned to the Washington, DC area, he was injured while a first responder at the Pentagon during 9/11 and on subsequent deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His cold-turkey rejection of addictive narcotics, implementation of an internal spinal cord stimulator and commitment to endurance cycling have given him back his health, self-esteem, and loving family.

“We look forward to working with Triumph Business Communications and are extremely grateful for their help”, said Minyard.

OSG partners with Dr. Daniel Cooper, a well-know Chiropractor, Wellness Expert, and decorated U.S. Army combat veteran, to develop essential healthy living plans that are crucial to both mental and physical recovery. Dr. Cooper is a integral part of OSG and also volunteers at other non-profit events for injured combat veterans to provide chiropractic treatment, medical advice and wellness counseling for participants. Cooper says that it, “…has been an honor to work with Operation Shifting Gears from its inception. In it, I have found not only an outlet for giving back to a community that has meant so much to me, but a vehicle for bringing understanding of the camaraderie, dedication, and selflessness shared by our military members to the civilian population that we offered our lives to protect.”

James Chittenden, founder and president of Triumph Business Communications said that, “Triumph Business Communications is proud to work with Operation Shifting Gears. We are always happy to serve veteran’s organizations. It is great to work with people with whom there is an implicit understanding and affinity, and as we are veteran-owned, we have that with the people of OSG. They have a compelling story to tell, and we will do great work together.”

Operation Shifting Gears has a number of significant events coming soon, and welcomes veterans who need assistance in their efforts to transition from the combat zone to civilian life. OSG does this by taking all of the best inner resources of veterans and connecting them to other veterans and resources through athletics such as cycling.
